Mangaluru, Dec 7: The tiny tots of St Agnes Preparatory School had a delightful field trip to fire station, postal department at Pandeshwar and Kadri Park on November 1. It was a resounding success as the very purpose was to educate the young learners about the public service places.

The children were warmly greeted by the post office staff. The friendly atmosphere created a positive and engaging experience for the young minds.

The staff gave a brief introduction, explaining the role of the post office in sending and receiving mail. Simple language and visuals were used to captivate the attention of the kindergarten children.

The next visit was to the fire station where the students were mesmerized to see the equipment. They eagerly listened to the fire fighter’s explanation about their roles, watched a safety demonstration, and even had the chance to climb aboard a fire truck. The experience left the kids excited and more aware of fire safety.

The next exciting destination was the Kadri Park where they engaged in a myriad of games and had fun and frolic at the children's play area. Laughter echoed as they engaged in group activities, fostering social skills and joyous memories.

This field trip has given them useful information that has helped them in gaining useful information and thrilling experience. The tiny tots enjoyed and participated in the trip with a lot of excitement. Little ones were also provided with refreshments and ice-cream.

The success of the field trip was the meticulous planning and coordination of the principal, the coordinator and the staff.
