Mangaluru, Dec 23: Ribbons & Balloons was founded by Satish Shetty in Mumbai the year 2005. In 2013, the master franchise was launched in Pune. In 2018, CA Satish Shetty launched the master franchise in the coastal districts like Dakshina Kannada and Udupi.

Ribbons & Balloons factory operates at Navadurga Food Products Pvt Ltd, Nandikur in Udupi district. Spread over 1.5 acres of premises, the factory is ISO certified and the company has all facilities and amenities established as per high standards. The mini factory and live kitchen concept launched at Bhatkal is receiving good response from all over. Students from several schools and colleges make an industrial visit to the institute and learn about cake-making.
