Mangaluru: Kadri traffic police spreads new year cheer with cake surprises for motorists

Daijiworld Media Network – Mangaluru (ANK)

Mangaluru, Jan 1: Kadri traffic police brought a delightful surprise to motorists and four-wheeler occupants at the checkpoint near the circuit house by distributing cakes and celebrating the New Year late in the evening on Sunday December 31.

In a unique celebration, the police officers cut cakes and shared the joy with people in their vehicles. This unexpected gesture caught motorists off guard, as they were anticipating routine checks for alcohol consumption.

Instead, the officers took a moment to stop vehicles, distribute cakes, and extend warm New Year wishes to everyone passing through.
