Let us first ascertain who was at fault in this case. We find many two wheeler drivers on the road who drive without looking to their left or right and drive like crazy without following rules; and put themselves in danger. Some enter highways from side roads or drive in the wrong direction without caution. They drive as if they are driving a "fast" bicycle in a lonely lane. Above picture shows the scooter at the non-driver side wheel which makes the above a possibility. Normally drivers of bigger vehicles are better at following rules on the road. One should understand that bigger vehicles cannot stop abruptly if a two wheeler overtakes from the wrong side. However, if the bus driver was negligent, then he should be punished.

Very sad. May his soul RIP. KSRTC bus drivers drive like a lunatic on the mangalorean road. This must be stopped. Only in India, where human lives are taken for granted. We live in a third world country.
