Mangaluru, Jan 22: The patron's feast of St Agnes School CBSE Bendore, was celebrated on January 19 in a befitting manner at St Agnes Preparatory School.
The day began with a short prayer service invoking God’s blessings conducted by the teachers, a beautiful prayer song was presented by the students. Being the patroness of St Agnes CBSE School Mangaluru, a colourful programme was hoisted to commemorate this important day.
The pioneers of this institution each year are blessed with her countless blessings and to carry out the noble mission. The life of St Agnes was depicted through a skit wherein the virtues of the patron saint were highlighted. An inspiring message was given by Sr M Letitia AC, the coordinator requesting the students to be strong in faith and to lead an ideal life of purity and innocence. The programme ended with distribution of sweets.
