The president warmly welcomed the guests. The band Tumbleweed were in complete sync with the gathering.

They started the festivities with a game of housie which the charming committee members Dr Vijai and Brinda Somiah conducted. After that they indulged in dancing to the tune of Tumbleweed and Adrian D’Souza, president‘s brother. They played all their favourites.

In between, they had a humorous bout of wrestling to I MARRIED A FEMALE WRESTLER and St Agnes won hands down to the song MAKA ZAI ZAI, the popular Konkani number. The whole audience was a blend of the past and the present, especially with Hilma Roach and Coreen D’Souza Fareed.A challenging quiz was arranged by Coreen which taxed our brains after a long time.

The highlight of the evening was a game that took back all to their teenage years. It was a treat to see the Agnesian girls run around. They were surrounded with fun and laughter.

Sumptuous food, music and dancing followed.

Agnesians immersed themselves in the celebration and made sure it was an evening to remember.
