Sullia, Jan 24: A request was submitted in a Janata Darshan led by minister-in-charge Dinesh Gundurao here to immediately start the pending 16 offices related to Kadaba Taluk under Sullia assembly constituency.
Janata Darshan programme was held in Sullia Town Hall. Syed Meera Saheb, former Kadaba zilla parishad member submitted a request in this regard. The minister promised to prepare a budget for the opening of taluk level offices and send it to the department to take action to start the office soon.
Gokuldas submitted a request to form a management committee for the Chennakesava temple in Sullia to compensate the farmers. Farmers are suffering loss due to nut yellow leaf and leaf spot disease. Farmers have also died by suicide. A request was submitted for immediate compensation to the farmers who have ended their lives.
Appeals regarding rorest problem, elephant attack, Kadaba-Paloli link road development, Kalusanka Nimana in Bellare village, Nellore Kemraj gram panchayat, demand for concrete road in the range, space for health sub-centre in Thodikan, upgradation of Panja primary health center etc were submitted.
There was an incident where an application for euthanasia was submitted at Janata Darshan. Ex-serviceman Chandappa D S of Mogru village in Beltangady taluk had applied for land to be given to retired soldiers. Accordingly, although the government has instructed to take action to provide land in Kaniyur village, he complained that some private individuals and government officials are obstructing it. He also told to allow euthanasia if he did not respond. The minister promised to solve the problem in a month.
The minister was allowed to meet face to face as per turn. As many as 407 reports were submitted to respect of various departments.
