Daijiworld Media Network – Mangalore (SP)

Mangalore, Sep 19: Most parts of Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts went without any rains during the day on Sunday September 18.  Good rains however, reappeared at around 9 pm and continued through out the night.

Subrahmanya, Puttur and Beltangady were the only places where good rains were received on Sunday. The average rainfall in the coast was between one and two cm.

The meteorological department has predicted cloudy sky and occasional rains/thundershowers during the next two days in the coastal region.
