Mangaluru, Feb 2: Srinivas Institute of Aviation Studies, hosted blood donation camp on their campus at Hampankatta. The camp was organized on January 30 in collaboration with Srinivas Hospital Blood Centre, Mukka. The event aimed to address the critical need for blood donations and promote a culture of giving within the college community. The doctors, technical supervisors and all the other members from Srinivas Hospital were welcomed by Dr Pavithra Kumari, dean, Institute of Aviation Studies.
The campus buzzed with enthusiasm as students from various academic disciplines queued up to contribute to the noble cause. With sleeves rolled up and smiles on their faces, the young donors showcased their commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of others. A total of 60 donors participated in the camp.
The blood donation camp at the Institute of Aviation Studies stands as a shining example of how students can come together to make a tangible difference in their community. The blood donation camp not only saved lives but also strengthened the sense of social responsibility among the student body.
