Islamabad, Sep 21 (IANS): The widow of Pakistani journalist Salim Shahzad who was abducted, tortured and killed has recorded her statement before a panel, a media report said.

Shahzad's widow said the commission has assured her full security, Geo News reported.

A meeting of the panel was chaired by Justice Saqib Nisar.
