Karkala, Feb 13: Launched in the heart of Karkala town, Heritage Heights stands tall as the town's first seven-storey landmark. The project is nestled just 50 meters from the bus station and is adjacent to the Holy Sri Mahamaya Temple.
The unveiling ceremony for 'Heritage Heights' took place on Sunday, February 11. This visionary project is a collaboration between the developers Konkan Associates from Karkala and Dharma Associates from Mangaluru.
Sri Vedamurthy Raghuram Achar, the chief priest of Sri Mahamaya Temple, along with Maulana Ahmed Sharif Sa Adhi Kilur, principal of Tvaibha Garden, and Fr Clement Mascarenhas, spiritual director of Christ King Church, offered their blessings at the event.
Roopa T Shetty, chief officer of the Karkala municipality council, and Suma Keshav, former president of Karkala municipality council, graced the event as the chief guests. They were joined by Leo Pereira, partner of Konkan Associates, as well as Herald D’Souza and Walter D’Souza, partners of Dharma Associates.
At the grand launch, project partners Santhosh D’Silva, Ruvin D’Souza, and Loyn Dominic delivered the welcome address, project details, and vote of thanks, respectively.
