Mangaluru, Feb 15: The sports team of St Joseph Engineering College, Vamanjoor, Mangaluru put on excellent performance in the recently held basketball tournament and won laurels for the college under the guidance of PED, Vaneesha V Rodrigues and Sudheer M, assistant PED.
SJEC women’s throwball team emerged as winnersin VTU Mangaluru divisionthrowballtournament held at SCEM Adyar on February 14. Nisha Valrie Aranha, first year BE student of computer science and engineering secured best thrower of the match award.
The management of SJEC congratulated the entire team and the physical education directors along with the college throwball coach Suraj for this overwhelming achievement.
