Mangaluru: Speech & Hearing programme benefits 126 children

Mangaluru, Feb 16: A collaborative programme on speech and hearing was organized by the Dharma Jyothi Social Centre and School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya in partnership with Father Muller College of Speech and Hearing, Mangaluru.

The event took place at the Vidya Jyothi School premises on February 16. Four grade 1 audiologists and their team conducted free test on speech and hearing for the school children. 126 children benefited from this programme and six children were identified for further treatment. 

Sr Joel Lasrado, coordinator of Dharma Jyothi Social Centre and Sr Veronica Lopes, headmistress of Vidya Jyothi School were present.
