Sullia: Bellare police arrest accused absconding for last four years

Sullia, Feb 16: The Bellare police personnel have arrested an accused who has been absconding for the last four years.

Sadik Sharif, a resident of Hassan district, Halebeedu, Boodigundi, Kerekodi, an accused under crime registration No. 36/2018 section 20- 20 (B)(ii) (A) NDPS Act was absconding for the last four years.

Bellare station PC 2295 and PC 2308 arrested him at Machegenahalli, Arakalagoodu, Hassan district on Friday, February 16, and produced him in the court. He has been remanded to judicial custody.
