Mangalore: Dry Weather Continues – Temperature Soars

Mangalore, Sep 26: The climate remained dry in the twin-districts of Udupi and Dakshina Kannada on Sunday September 25. As the rains have stayed off the coast since the last two to three days, temperature has soared.

Light rains were experienced in a couple of places in northern hinterland. Aurad in Bijapur district and Afzalpur in Gulbarga district registered rain measuring one cm each. The meteorological department has predicted light to normal rains in a few places along coastal Karnataka and southern hinterland.
