Udupi, Mar 12: “The dream of Akhand Bharat will be realized once Pakistan-occupied Kashmir is integrated into our territory,” said Devendra Fadnavis, Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra state.
He was speaking at the intellectuals' meet organized by Udupi district BJP in RSB Sabha Bhavan in Manipal on Tuesday, March 12.
Addressing the meet as the chief speaker, Devendra Fadnavis said, “The state government has a primary responsibility to punish the anti-nationals. But states like Karnataka are supporting statements of treason and anti-nationals. The next five years are very crucial not only in the Indian sphere but also in global phenomena. The past 10 years of the Modi government are just the trailer; the real picture is yet to be released. Congress boycotted the Ram Mandir pratishtha programme, a programme that intended to revise the culture after 500 years. This election decides who is with the nation and who is not. This election is not about making the BJP win but making the nation win.”
“Peace cannot be established in the world by cowards; due to the daring efforts of Narendra Modi, China, Pakistan, and other nations are keeping their mouths shut. Indian currency has become one of the strongest currencies today. The number of start-ups has increased from 1000 to 1,25,000. More than 50 crore people have availed the Mudra loan scheme. We have outburst China in the digital payment modes. Make in India has changed the view of the nation. 99% mobile phone users in 113 crore total users are using made in India smartphones. The Vande Bharath train is today the pride of the nation. Through the DBT scheme, the government schemes are directly reaching the needy. In 2012, the IMF said that India is having a collapsing economy, but it has recognized India as one of the fastest-growing economies in the world,” he added.
Fadnavis also taunted the guarantee schemes of the state government and said, “Siddaramaiah's guarantee has no guarantee. Modi's guarantee is not like Siddaramaiah's guarantee.”
