Nowadays even ambulance driver is not spared...therefore, patient in ambulance should not only thank God but also ambulance driver for reaching the hospital in time...ambulance driver is more important than doctor these days, because if patient is kalas, doctor cannot do anything.

They doest know the meaning of ambulance. May their souls rest in peace when they are in emergency. No ambulance will come to pick them up. Ambulance always tries to overtake as it is trying to save someone's life as early as possible by taking them to the hospital.

Too bad.One should always find out really ambulance was on emergency service or as usual some drivers misuse the sirene to go through and fast we know in mangalore. Then certainly others get angry. But thrashing others is not a fine art and human.

Are we living in a banana republic? Is an ambulance driver getting assaulted for overtaking a vehicle? What is happening? The culprits who did this must be taken to task by the authorities

Actually, a banana republic would have been better in this case as the citzens are very scared of the law. Here, there is no fear of consequences of the law due to slow and poor implementation.

Such idiotic behavior must be highlighted and they must be given a jail term without a bail. Only then these kind of goons will learn a lesson. Otherwise we will head to the behavior which is in Taliban! Law must be upheld here for a better society, simple as that
