Mangaluru: ‘Victor Arena’ contest held at St Agnes College (Autonomous)

Mangaluru, Mar 21: The Entrepreneurship Development Forum (ED Forum) of St. Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru, recently hosted the ‘Victor Arena’ contest, showcasing the exceptional talent and strength of the participants. This event was aimed at promoting the spirit of perseverance and sportsmanship among male students of St Agnes College (Autonomous).

Held on March 17, the competition featured 8 rounds of intense activities and tasks between the individuals spread across various Streams of the First and Second years. The event began with the invocation of god’s blessings through a prayer song sung by Sannidhi, while the contest was compered by Michelle D’Souza, the secretary of ED Forum. Dr Devi Prabha Alva, the staff convenor of ED Forum, judged and overlooked the smooth function and execution of the event.

A total of 21 contestants participated in the competition, comprising of talented males eager to exhibit their power and vigour. Hailing from various streams and years, they brought with them a passion for sports and a competitive spirit.

Each round witnessed a high-energy, paving the way for each participant to demonstrate their capabilities. Spectators were treated to impressive displays of stamina, agility and determination from all the participants.

The winners of the contest are:

Winner: Franklin Mascarenhas (II BBA)

I Runner Up: Raj Sharma (I BCA)

The 'Victor Arena' contest at St Agnes College was a tremendous success, leaving both the participants and the audience very pleased.
