Udupi, Mar 28: Udupi – Chikkamagaluru Congress candidate Jayaprakash Hegde will be submitting his nominations on April 2.

A huge party workers' meeting has also been planned on the day in Udupi district Congress Bhavan. Udupi Congress election in-charge energy minister K J George, Udupi district in-charge minister Laxmi Hebbalkar will be attending the party workers' meet.

Vinay Kumar Sorake, president, KPCC Campaign Committee; Manjunath Bhandary, the new working president of KPCC and MLC; Pratapachandra Shetty, former chairman, Congress leaders Prasad Raj Kanchan, Uday Shetty Muniyalu, Dinesh Hegde Molahalli will participate in this programme.
