Bengaluru, Apr 5: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah paid homage to former deputy prime minister Dr Babu Jagjivan Ram on his 117th birth anniversary by garlanding his statue in front of Vidhana Soudha on Friday.
He also offered flowers before the photo of Dr Jagjivan Ram.
Social welfare minister Dr H C Mahadevappa, senior MLA E Thukaram, former minister H Anjaneya, MLC Sudama Das and State Women’s Commission Chairperson Dr Nagalakshmibai and others were present.
Deputy Chief Minister and KPCC Chief D K Shvakumar offered flowers to the photo of Dr Babu Jagajivan Rama at the KPCC office on Friday.
Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, Home Minister Dr G Parameshwar and KPCC Working President Tanvir Sait and others were present.
