Puttur, Apr 10: St Philomena PU College, Puttur wrapped up another academic year with an excellent result in II PUC board examination. The students of batch 2023-24 of our college have made their alma mater proud with the results achieved this year by bagging 98% in II PUC.

In science stream, P Haleemath Shaima secured 8th rank in the state by scoring 591 out of 600 and Pravan Ponnappa secured 10th rank in the State by scoring 589 out of 600.

In commerce stream Prathiksha D S secured 10th rank in the state by scoring 588 out of 600.

In arts stream, Ashwin M M scored 577 out of 600.

To add to the list of achievement, out of 609 students ,190 students secured distinction, 366 students passed with first class. Pass percentage is 97 in science stream, 99% in commerce stream and 100% in arts stream.

The correspondent, the management, the principal and the staff members of the college applauded all the students who have scored well and congratulated the students who have passed out with flying colors.
