Mangaluru: Fire mishap occurs near PM Modi's roadshow route

Mangaluru, Apr 15: A fire mishap occurred a few meters away from the roadshow route of PM Modi on Sunday evening in the city.

The roadshow began at Ladyhill around 7:35 pm and reached Lalbagh at 8:10 pm.

Just minutes before, a fire mishap occurred in the storeroom of a pharmacy building next to the KSRTC bus stand.

Personnel from the Pandeshwar fire service rushed to the spot and brought the fire under control. It is said that an electrical short circuit caused this fire accident.
