Mangaluru, Apr 27: Akhila S Rao, Research Scholar, Institute of Management and Commerce, Srinivas University, City Campus, Mangaluru, has been conferred doctor of philosophy (PhD) degree by the Srinivas University for her doctoral thesis titled 'Comprehensive Analysis of Work-Life Balance of Women Nurses In Hospitals of Dakshina Kannada District'.

Akhila Rao was successfully guided by Dr Shailashri V T, research professor, Institute of Management & Commerce, Mangaluru.

Akhila Rao is the proud daughter of J K Rao and Mallika and is the wife Adarsh Rao.
