Udupi, Oct 12: Chitralaya School of Arts, launched by well-known sculptor Venki Palimar was inaugurated at Padubidri, near here on Sunday October 9.

Umesh Kamat, father of Venki Palimar inaugurated this School of Arts.


 
Scultptors Balram bhat, Gururaj Sanil, Srinath Manipa and Ravi Hirebettu, drawing teacher Anupama were present on the occasion. Suresh Hejamady compered the programme.

Art school timing: every Sunday 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm.

    We are looking for an arts school for our daughter Salome, She will be 5 years old in december, we are in Udupi for 3 months and have genuine wish Salome contact local art school and people to share and to leran with Indian children and masters. Could you plkease inform us about the posibilities in your school or similar ones in Udupi.
