Kundapura, May 14: In a tragic accident, a speeding and recklessly driven tipper lorry collided with a two-wheeler and claimed the life of its rider on the spot near Gulwadi dam of Balkur on Tuesday, May 14, in the evening.
The deceased is identified as Balkur Basava Poojary (55).
The tipper lorry collided head-on with a two-wheeler that was being driven from Basrur to Balkur killing the rider on the spot.
Kundapura traffic police arrived at the spot and conducted an inspection.
A case has been registered.
