Mangaluru: Padua College of Commerce and Management hosts traditional day

Mangaluru, May 27: Cultural Club of Padua College of Commerce and Management, Nanthur, Mangaluru , hosted traditional day on May 25.

The day began with a procession led by team Avyam Kalasamithi Chende proceeded by the inaugural programme which was presided by principal Fr Arun Wilson Lobo, chief guest of the program was Dr Arun Ullal - assistant professor, department of Kannada, St Agnes College, Mangaluru whose message included urging students to be familiar with our language Kannada and Tulu.  

The other dignitaries on the dias were vice principal - Prof Roshan Santhumayor, Cultural Club coordinators Seema Pereira and Reshma D'Souza, student representatives Chaitra and Clide. The day also consisted of several fun games for the students like, dressing up in saree and fashion show, lemon in the spoon race, three legged race, reverse running race , filling the water, gherkins and toothpicks, bursting the baloon race.

The day concluded with a lagori game between staff and students.
