Party workers celebrate as BJP heads towards massive victory in DK, Udupi

Mangaluru/Udupi, Jun 4: BJP celebrates the lead victory of Kota Srinivas Poojary at Udupi BJP office, Kadiyali. Meanwhile, BJP workers and supporters also gathered for celebration in Mangaluru to celebrate the Dakshina Kannada’s BJP Lok Sabha candidate Capt Brijesh Chowta.

Counting of votes has begun since morning and St Cecily’s School, the centre for counting votes of Udupi-Chikkamagaluru Lok Sabha Constituency.

With a total of 5,27,714 votes as per 12:30 pm, BJP candidate is leading by about 1.5 lac votes.

 

Capt Brijesh Chowta was leading by over a 1.15 lac votes in DK.

Yashpal Suvarna, Udupi MLA, Kishor Kumar, BJP district president, Uday Kumar Shetty, Mangaluru, Veena Shetty and other BJP supporters were present in Udupi.

    Whatever say this Dakshina Kannada Congress is no 1 useless,. So next time its better they dont put any candidate in Dakshina Kannada. High Command if possible dissolve dakshina kannada congress.

All in great fun. I had been predicting Modi's win from 2014 and you never believed till this 3rd term of his. However, read this prediction if it be of any solace. This is the last time BJP has shown Modijis face to win..

     First of all, hats off to Akhilesh, Mamata and Uddhav Thackrey….. in total at least 50 no of Seats dented the NDA Tally  Secondly…..in Karnataka as expected CONGiss Fee Bees failed to give any positive results  Thirdly….. Now Modi should retire after serving say 2 to 3 years as PM and then baton should be given to somebody else in NDA and start making money in remaining 2 to 3 years so that in the next election….. it can be used for election Campaign as well as increasing wealth of individual fortune like it’s happening in other Political Parties elsewhere too  Lastly, NDA or BJP or VHP or RSS should stop now Hindutva Card or National Developmental Issue…. Because just looking at the results of UP, Bengal & Maharashtra…. People no more interested in those issues anymore

    Padmaraj was the best candidate put ahead by Congress. Chowta will just be a rubber stamp who won't be able to do much. Anyway mangaloreans are now used to not having any development. So it is ok. Even land of educated Udupi has not surprised me by electing a person who has not tasted victory of passing secondary school
