Dubai, Oct 24: "Political unity among minorities and backward communities is the only solution to achieve social justice", said national president of Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI) E Aboobacker in his address at the reception organized by Emirates India Fraternity Forum (EIFF).

He further said that SDPI is a newly founded political organization to address marginalized class, who are yet to get their due share in central and state governments in which their current representation is far lower in proportion to their population.

E Aboobacker was here on a short visit to promote Social Justice Conference to be held at Ram Lila Maidan, New Delhi on November 26 and 27.

General secretary of SDPI Hafeez Mansoor Ali Khan and central executive member Mohideen Kutty Faisi also addressed the gathering.

Emirates India Fraternity Forum's president Nasir Hussain presided over the function. The event was witnessed by a large gathering of around 2,500 people.
