Puttur: Woman leaves mangalasutra at home, goes missing

Daijiworld Media Network – Puttur (MS)

Puttur, Jun 17: A married woman has gone missing after leaving her mangalasutra at home. This incident was reported from Kallaguddue near Bhaktakkodi in Survey village of the taluk. It is suspected that she has eloped with a youth.

Deepika (23), wife of Harish, is the one who has gone missing. She disappeared early on Thursday morning. Despite Harish and the family searching for her everywhere, she could not be found. Harish, Deepika's husband, filed a complaint with the Sampya police in this regard.

Deepika had previously gone with a youth named Prashant, a resident of Karmayi in Kadaba, three months ago. She was later traced in Mangaluru and brought back home. It is now suspected that she has once again eloped with Prashant.

Harish married Deepika three years ago. He learned that Deepika and Prashant had an affair before their marriage. It is now suspected that the two have gone together. The Sampya police are investigating the matter further.

If she had gone once before and now gone without her mangala sutra ,whats the use of searching and by force bring her back.Let her go .If she wanted to stay wouldnt go leaving mangala sutra. The poor man must look for a new person but new Mangala sutra. When she had already a love affair before marraiage why got married to present one ?By force from Parents? When she realises her fault and want to come back let her.By the way is she really went missing or any something went wrong with husband itself?Prove it first.

Our Feku had said... Bahut bachche paida karne wale aapka mangalasutra le jayenge !! This lady seems to be obedient and proved Modi wrong. So, she left it at home and eloped with a person from same community.
