Udupi, Jun 19: In a formal ceremony, Konkan Railway celebrated the exceptional performance of its top 20 Train Ticket Examiners (TTEs) for the financial year 2023-2024.
"Throughout FY 2023-2024, the TTEs conducted an impressive total of 3,990 drives, identifying 78,115 instances of ticket violations and recovering a significant sum of ?21,17,80,741. These achievements highlight the efficiency and commitment of the TTEs in ensuring compliance and significantly boosting revenue generation," a release from the railways states.
In recognition of their outstanding contributions, the top-performing TTEs were awarded appreciation certificates and cash prizes by Santosh Kumar Jha, chairman & managing director, Konkan Railways. This accolade acknowledges the invaluable efforts of the TTEs in driving the organization's success and enhancing operational excellence.
