Mangaluru: Land Trades celebrates International Yoga Day

Mangaluru, Jun 21: With an increasing awareness of health and wellness, yoga's has become hugely popular. Today it is recognized globally as an effective method for achieving holistic well-being. Yoga is simple and can be practiced by anyone.

In support of promoting self-care and wellness, Land Trades Builders & Developers hosted an interactive Yoga workshop on International Yoga Day, June 21, for the residents of their newly completed project, 'Nakshatra' in Gandhinagar, Mannagudda.

The workshop, themed 'Yoga for Self and Society', was led by Dr Mahabala Bhat Punchathodi, a distinguished yoga therapist. The session lasted for one hour, during which participants learned about the benefits of yoga and practiced simple techniques. Suma Acharya demonstrated various asanas.

Renuka Bangera, president of Nakshatra Apartments Owners’ association, along with other office bearers, officiated the inaugural ceremony. In her address, Renuka Bangera expressed her delight at the strong turnout and encouraged enthusiastic participation.

The event concluded with a felicitation of Dr Mahabala Bhat Punchathodi and Suma Acharya. Rameeth Kumar Siddakatte, CEO, and Padmanabha Shetty, general manager of Land Trades, along with several team members, were present.
