Mangaluru: St Mary’s PU College celebrates International Yoga Day

Mangaluru, Jun 21: International yoga day was celebrated with full spirit and joy at St Mary’s P U College, in collaboration with department of clinical psychology, St Agnes College, Mangaluru.

Event began with welcoming the guest Adithya Krishna, research scholar at Mangalore University.

Today’s event aimed to promote holistic health and well-being through the practice of Yoga.

Students performed various asana as instructed and guided by Adithya Krishna and Narayan.

The instructor emphasized the importance of incorporating yoga into daily life and maintaining harmony between body and mind.

The celebration concluded with a token of appreciation presented to the esteemed guests.
