Mangaluru: Accolades Academy holds prize awarding ceremony at Mount Carmel Central School

Mangaluru, Jun 24: Recognition and appreciation are two aspects that motivate one to give their very best and perform better. On Saturday, June 22, Accolades Academy, Mangaluru held prize awarding ceremony at Mount Carmel Central School, Mangaluru.

Since a few years, Accolades Academy is mentoring the students of the school in communication skills & nuances of public speaking. This add-on course enables the students to be adept in communication which is so very essential for a holistic personality development, to be confident and to evolve as leaders.

The principal, Sr Melissa, accorded a warm welcome to Y S Adappa, director of Accolades Academy, Mangaluru and the awardees. She congratulated every awardee and urged them to further scale up in their communication skills.

Addressing the awardees, Adappa spoke on the importance of students getting proficient in communication skills which would stand them in good stead, in all walks of life and enable them to grow wholesomely.

He also elaborated on the additional recognitions that will be implemented in the current academic year, so that more number of students are recognised for their performances in the Accolades Academy Sessions and thus are provided with more opportunities to compete and prove their mettle.

The principal then awarded the prizes to the winners, 1st and 2nd runner ups and certificates to the top ten students in each class. Tr Philomena expressed words of gratitude to Adappa and the gathering.
