Mangaluru: St Ann's Community College celebrates World Environment, Ocean Day

Mangaluru, Jul 1: St Ann's Community College recently celebrated World Environment Day and World Ocean Day with a special event highlighting the importance of environmental protection. The chief guest, Dr Sr Prem D'Souza, an environment enthusiast and administrator of Camel CBSE School, emphasized the collective responsibility all share in protecting the environment.

Dr Sr Prem D'Souza stressed, "Environment protection is the duty of all of us. If we do not protect this environment in a proper way, it will be difficult for the next generation to live."

The event was graced by the presence of the principal, Sr Vinutha, along with teachers Sr Nirmala, Sr Pratibha, Sr Assumpta D'Souza, Sr Shereen, and other dignitaries. The celebration underscored the critical need for sustainable practices to ensure a livable world for future generations.
