Byndoor: Technical snag on goods train disrupts road traffic

Daijiworld Media Network – Byndoor (MS)

Byndoor, Jul 2: A technical snag in a goods train led to road traffic delays at the Hadavinakone railway gate early on Monday morning.

The goods train, transporting coal from Mangaluru to Madgaon, encountered a problem between two of its bogies.

This issue caused a delay in road traffic at the railway gate for more than half an hour.

As the train stopped near the railway gate, road traffic was significantly affected. Railway officials explained that the snag occurred at the bottom of one of the bogies. Since no passenger trains were scheduled during this time, rail traffic was not impacted.
