Udupi: Congress leaders file police complaint over derogatory social media post

Udupi, Jul 5: Congress leaders have filed a formal complaint at Malpe police station, in response to a derogatory post targeting Rahul Gandhi, opposition party leader on July 4.

On the basis of instruction of Prasad Raj Kanchan, Congress leader, members of Congress filed a complaint. He emphasized the importance of upholding dignity in public discourse and urged swift action from the authorities.

Surendra Acharya, president of party's social media handles, leaders Sudesh Shet and Mathak Ali were present while filing the complaint.
