Dubai, Oct 30: LKAE makes an announcement of their 8th annual Volleyball & Throwball Tournament on 17th of Feb’ 2012 at Wonderers Sports Club, Sharjah. The event has attracted a large number of teams and spectators in the UAE in the past few years.
The interested teams are requested to register their teams by sending an email to LKAE@kanajaronline.com or joykanajar@gmail.com on or before 15th Jan 2012. The registration fees will be Dhs 250/- which shall be paid along with the registration form to the Sports Coordinator of LKAE-Stan D’souza or to the Treasurer -Thomas Saldanha once LKAE accepts your registration.
The event is going to be a fun filled family outing with lots of spot prizes, raffle draws and other sports activities. Besides main trophies, there will also be surprise gifts, trophies & certificates that shall be given to individual athletes.
The tournament proceedings will start at 8.30am sharp as in the past 7 years, which has been a key factor for the success of this tournament so far. The rules of the tournament will remain the same as in previous years, and LKAE will call for a meeting of team Captains or Managers at least a week prior to the tournament.
