As result, today Konkani music is becoming popular with a number of composers emerging everyday. Wilfy created a milestone, and was an achiever par excellence," said Fr Dominic Vas in his presidential address.
Earlier, St Joseph's Konkani Welfare Association's president John Crasta welcomed the gathering, while Joy Paladka introduced the guests to the audience. Secretary Sofia D'Sa proposed the vote of thanks.
