Kundapur, Jul 16: A pickup truck transporting fruit overturned near Mullikatte junction on NH 66 after the driver lost control of the vehicle.
The driver escaped with minor injuries, while the truck sustained damage on one side.
The pickup was traveling from Hubballi to Udupi at high speed when the driver failed to notice a barricade near Mullikatte junction.
The sudden application of brakes caused the vehicle to overturn and land on the opposite side of the highway.
