Hassan, Jul 17: A serious accident occurred near Alur when a car driver, unable to see the road due to heavy rain, collided with a divider, resulting in severe injuries.
The injured is identified as Dharmaraj, an architect.
The incident took place near Bijjanahalli Cross when the car traveling from Mangaluru to Bengaluru lost control and hit the roadside divider.
The front part of the car was completely smashed. Dharmaraj, who was driving the car sustained serious head injuries and was rushed to Hassan hospital. Alur police visited the scene and are conducting an investigation.
