Gokula Ashada Ekadashi celebrated by Gopalkrishna Public Trust

Mumbai, Jul 18: Gopalkrishna Public Trust, Gokula, and SKB Association jointly celebrated Ashada Ekadashi Parva Dina on June 17 at the Gokula Auditorium.

Priest Vedamurthy Ganesh Bhat decorated the idol of Lord Sri Gopalkrishna. After the prayers, president Dr Suresh Rao, honorary secretary APK Poti, and office bearers of the organization, including Krishna Acharya of Gopalkrishna Public Trust, Rama Vittala Kalluraya, and SN Udupa, priest of Sri Uma Maheshwari Temple, Jerimeri, along with the office bearers of Gokula Banjana Mandali, lit the lamp and inaugurated the programme.

Gokula Banjana Mandali, Sri Ekanatheshwari Banjana Mandali, Dadar, Sri Nityananda Chamundeshwari Banjana Mandali, Sakinaka, Sri Gopalkrishna Banjana Mandali, Andheri, Sri Vittala Banjana Mandali, Meera Road, Sri Jai Ambe Charitable Trust Banjana Mandali, Sanpada, Sri Shanishwara Banjana Mandali, Nerul , Sri Harikrishna Banjana Mandali, Navi Mumbai, Sri Uma Maheshwari Banjana Mandali, Jerimeri, Sri Skanda Banjana Mandali, Chembur, Sri Ganapati Aiyappa Durgadevi Banjana Mandali, Nerul, and Sri Rama Banjana Mandali, Nerul participated in the banjans. Prema Rao compared the event.

Vedamurthy Daregudde Srinivasa Bhat and Rama Vittala Kalluraya chanted Vishnu Sahasranama. Bhagavad Gita chanting was held in the evening. Mangala was conducted by Gokula Banjana Mandali. Vedamurthy Ganesh Bhat distributed Theertha Prasada to the devotees.
