Addressing the gathering, Fr Tauro applauded the efforts of Aloysius and Merlyn D’Souza in setting up these VIP class apartments. He highlighted how they cater to the needs of families seeking comfortable stays during their visit to the temple town of Udupi and the educational and medical city of Manipal. The apartments offer the flexibility to experience the homestay concept on a daily, weekly, and monthly rental basis.

Bookings will soon be available online for families intending to visit and stay in comfortable environments in and around Udupi and Manipal. The apartment building is located on Ganapathy Temple Road, ALN Layout, 11th Cross Road, adjacent to the Manipal Industrial Area, within half a kilometer proximity to Manipal Church Road.

Family members, well-wishers, and friends of Aloysius and Merlyn D’Souza, along with the majority of the people and stakeholders associated with the construction of this facility, were present on this occasion. Speaking at the event, Aloysius D’Souza thanked each and every individual who rendered their services and worked hard to complete this project on time. He made special mention of John D’Souza for ensuring that the fine details of the finishes were completed to the best quality and also acknowledged the contribution of interior works carried out by Shrinath and Dhruthi Furniture (Bhat).
