The apartment building is located on Ganapathy Temple Road, ALN Layout, 11th Cross Road, adjacent to the Manipal Industrial Area, within half a kilometer proximity to Manipal Church Road.

Speaking at the event, Aloysius D’Souza thanked each and every individual who rendered their services and worked hard to complete this project on time. He made special mention of John D’Souza for ensuring that the fine details of the finishes were completed to the best quality and also acknowledged the contribution of interior works carried out by Shrinath and Dhruthi Furniture (Bhat).
