The programme featured a series of engaging management activities designed to enhance the students' skills. These included management quizzes, sentence acting, a balloon-saving challenge, logo tag line identification, recognizing sound of the app notifications, and identifying business personalities. Additionally, the event sought to enhance communication skills and foster strategic thinking through activities such as balloon breaking while protecting one's own, and sentence acting within the team.

Students were divided into 10 teams and participated with immense enthusiasm and a strong sense of competition. The Aviators Talent Hunt proved to be a valuable platform for students to showcase their abilities, build camaraderie, and develop essential management skills in a fun and interactive environment. The second day will feature a Cultural Talent Hunt, allowing students to further showcase their diverse talents in cultural performances. This continuation of the event aims to foster creativity, teamwork, and a sense of community among the students.
