Udupi, Jul 31: The 51st board of directors of Lions Club of Calangute was ceremoniously installed in impressive manner at Calangute recently. Lion Dr Kuldeep D’mello was installed as president along with the board of directors at the hands of installing officer PDG MJF Lion Vasudev Valawalkar for the year 2024-2025.
Eight new members were inducted to fold of Lionism by induction officer PDG PMJF Lion Dr Saish Lawande. Meritorious students were felicitated for their achievements.
Region chairman MJF Lion Sandeep Korgaonkar, zone chairman PMJF Lion Raies Ahmed, IPP PMJF Lion Raymond Pereira, secretary MJF Lion Murtaza, treasurer Lion Sakina, charter member Lion John Fernandes and others were present on the occasion.
