Mangaluru: Srinivas University organises guest lecture on career counseling

Mangaluru, Aug 1: Srinivas University Institute of Management and Commerce (IMC) hosted an enlightening guest lecture on "Career Counseling" for its third-year B.Com students specialising in CMA, ACCA, and Honours.

The session was conducted by CMA Ramasankar Mishra, senior manager (finance) at MRPL, and was also attended by Dinesh Shet, senior accounts officer, and Pawan Kaushik, DGM, both from MRPL.

The informative and interactive session proved to be a valuable resource for the 80 B.Com students in attendance. Mishra's insights provided the students with essential guidance on shaping their future careers in the field of finance and accounting.

The event was organised under the guidance of Dr Venkatesh S Amin, dean of IMC, Prof Sharmila S Shetty, HoD of IMC, and Prof Yashaswi A Ail, course coordinator of IMC. Their efforts ensured that the students received expert advice and direction, which is crucial for their professional development.
