Puttur, Aug 5: Ahijith K M (II HEPS) student at St Philomena PU College achieved a remarkable feat by winning the bronze medal in the javelin throw event at the 3rd National Javelin Day Competitions & Kids Athletics Meet- 2024. The event was organized by Karnataka athletics association at Kanteerava Stadium, Bengaluru on August 3.
Ahijith's impressive throw of 52.67 meters in the boy’s under-18 category earned him a well-deserved place on the podium. Under the training of the physical education directors, Elias Pinto and Rajesh Mooliya, Ahijith's hard work and dedication paid off.
