Mangaluru: St Theresa’s School hosts patriotic speech competition

Mangaluru, Aug 5: A speech competition honouring national heroes was held for the kindergarten students of St Theresa's school. Children were eager to display their patriotism through this competition. They donned outfits like those of Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, Bhagat Singh, Rani Laxmi Bai, and others.

The children's efforts to give it their all were amazing to witness. Clarity of speech, costume and presentation were the factors used for making the judgment.

Children enjoyed dressing up as miniature versions of their national heroes.

The children lost their stage fear as a result of this competition, which gave them confidence and bravery.
