Udupi, Aug 10: A one-day faculty development programme was held at IMJ Institute of Science and Commerce, Moodlakatte.

The session focused on the topic ‘Recognising and Nurturing Our Potential as Teaching Faculty’.

Dr Ramakrishna Hegade, director of brand building at IMJ Institutions, inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp. In his inaugural note, he emphasized the importance of teachers performing their duties with dedication, expanding their knowledge, and prioritising the students and institution.

Drawing from his own experiences, he illustrated how teachers can enhance their effectiveness.

The event was compered by Mathematics lecturer Rakshita R Adiga.

Principal Dr Pratibha M Patel, and vice-principal Jayasheel Kumar, were present during the session.
