Udupi: MLA Yashpal Suvarna inaugurates new Nittur bus stand donated by Lords Intl Residential School

Udupi, Aug 15: The newly constructed Nittur Bus Stand, built by Lords International Residential School of Kediyoor Education Trust, was officially inaugurated today by Udupi MLA Yashpal Suvarna. This event marks a significant enhancement to the infrastructure of the Nittur area, aiming to improve transportation facilities for local residents.

In his inaugural address, MLA Yashpal Suvarna highlighted the government's commitment to the development of the Nittur region and emphasized the importance of such projects for the community's benefit. He stated, "The government is looking to invest more in the Nittur area, with requests to the central government. Bhuvanendra Kidiyoor is doing a wonderful job by providing social service to the people through building this bus stand."

Bhuvanendra Kidiyoor, chairman of Kediyoor Education Trust, also addressed the gathering, expressing his gratitude to everyone who supported the project. He remarked, "We built this bus stand for the people and the students of the school, and we expect cooperation from the local residents as well. Many people supported us in this endeavor, and we thank everyone for their contributions."

The event was attended by Udupi MLA Yashpal Suvarna, Bhuvanendra Kidiyoor, chairman of Kediyoor Education Trust; Dr Bhavyashree B Kidiyoor, treasurer; Dr Abhin Devdas Shriyan, trustee; Dinesh Amin, Udupi City BJP president; Santosh Jathan, Nittur Municipal member; Sukesh, Auto Rickshaw Stand Association president; Myrtle L F Lewis, principal of Lords International Residential School; students, and local residents.
