Udupi: Bus staff swiftly assist sick girl student, rush her to hospital

Udupi, Aug 23: The driver and conductor of a private bus in Udupi city took swift action on Thursday morning when a girl student fell ill while traveling on their bus. The bus, operated by AKMS Travels, was en route from Mangaluru to Manipal.

The girl had boarded the bus at Mulky, and as it crossed Katapadi and approached Udyavar, she suddenly became unwell. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, bus driver Naseef and conductor Mohit immediately diverted the bus to Dr T M A Pai Hospital in Udupi, where they ensured she was admitted and received prompt medical attention.

The duo's timely and compassionate response was widely appreciated by the public.
